Why the CD release?
We have found that a large majority of our readership either doesn't yet have a DVD player or if they do they don't have one installed in their computer. To get the most out of this valuable course, we recommend studying at the computer and having access to our web site (for important downloads) and the internet. What's the quality difference between DVD and CD?
The images aren't as crisply defined as on a DVD, this is the difference between MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 digital conversions. The sound quality is not as high as DVD, and it doesn't have the chapter by chapter navigation and the inter-activity most commonly associated with DVD. However CD technology is extremely accessible, user friendly and will play on all the popular media software; Windows Media Player, Real Player and Quick Time. A nice "kicker" to this is that we're able to produce CDs more cheaply and we'll pass the savings on to you!
Anything else I need to know?
Neither is
free like the written lessons, but I host it and you'll soon
discover that no one will ever mistake me for a great actor, so that
helped keep the price down. We literally shot this in the spare room
of my house, so the "blackjack" table will shake a little and, if
you listen closely you'll hear the thunder of an approaching storm
in one of the lessons. But because of my creative directors great graphics and all
